Class Results

Firstly I must thank The Members and Committee for honouring me with the invitation to Judge your show, I was looking forward to judging it and I really enjoyed myself. To Lorraine a big thank you for your hospitality and help in stewarding for me, and I hope you are feeling better now. But the biggest thank you is to all the exhibitors who gave me an entry took my decisions well and created a lovely atmosphere.

It is not for me to criticize but having attended 2 BAD’s I had hoped to find strong necks giving correct head carriage and the lively movement required in your breed, sadly not to be found in all exhibits. Tails were also a little varied, the H front was generally good, only a couple with a slight breast bone, coats were on the whole good, only a couple of them starting to shed, but I took this into consideration as its what dogs do! But I was pleased with my overall winners.

Thank you all once again for your entries, and a most enjoyable day.

Baby Puppy Dog (2)

Two beautiful babies of just 5 months.

1 Vormund King for A Day

Lovely in profile extremely well constructed, good head with correct eyes teeth and ears pigmentation also good, has the strength of neck I was looking for therefore everything in front correct well grown on body for one so young good ratios and he has strong lively movement.

2 Vormund Heavy Is The Crown

Litter brother to one, with many of the same qualities, and for me I preferred his stronger head to his brother, but on movement just a little floppy in front, but I am sure this will tighten as he matures.

Minor Puppy Dog (1)

1 Vormund Ken Kanekii

7.5 month old boy again lovely in profile, scored in head and expression everything that I hoped for, correct shoulders good H front tight feet. A boy of correct proportions and he knew how to move, well handled, in lovely jacket. Was delighted to make him Best Puppy in Show.

Puppy Dog (1,1A)

Junior Dog (2,1A)

1 Lacsar Sugar Rush (IKC) RAF

17 months old and very nice in profile, correctly balanced head good dentition correctly shaped eyes good ear carriage, neck needs to develop correct front well balanced body movement a little erratic but with time and work this can only improve

Yearling Dog (1,1A)

Post Graduate Dog (3,1A)

Two boys of completely different type.

1 Jarshimar Baz’s Bear

Profile gave the impression that he is a tad long, but not enough to spoil the whole picture. He scored in head over 2, which is correctly balanced, sadly for me not the neck carriage I was hoping for, therefore his movement a little all over the place. I would like to congratulate this handler for his sporting attitude.

2 Izaiga Anton Black

.A two year old boy who told me that he had a very long day, he was completely unsettled on the move, head shape completely different from one, and for me not the eye colour I hoped to find, movement somewhat erratic . today he was not giving of his best.

Limit Dog (2,1A)

1 Marilouvale Eddie Murphy JW

Bigger boy but within the required height, scored in head and expression well balanced throughout, strong in neck which gave him a straight front, good H when looking at him front on, balanced body moved well, pleased to make him Reserve Best in show.

Open Dog (4,2A)

1 Lacsar Tic Tac Tayto (IKC)

Liked this boy in outline and shape, well defined head with a good expression strong in neck and correct in shoulder, therefore good front tight feet, well balanced body of correct proportions moved out with correct movement. Pleased to make him BD then make him Best-in-show. Just like to add I hope your mother is feeling better

2 Kai Go You Djenima Vormund (Imp Fra)

7 years old and showing like a trooper, I loved his breed type fabulous head and expression good strength of neck but for me a little loose in front, but the rest of him I loved. Pleased to make him Best Veteran in Show.

Veteran Dog (2,1A)

1 Akai Hana A’hikeru Black Tekehiro

Another boy nice in profile and pleasing to go over, strong correct head lovely correct dark eye, well balanced throughout and moved well for a 7 year old, he lost out for BV as I preferred the expression of the winner.

Special Beginners Dog (0)

Baby Puppy Bitch (2,1A)

1 Amivike's Baby Blue

Very appealing bitch of 5 months, she has much going for her, she is correctly made and balanced throughout, was lovely to see her enjoying herself in the ring but she made assessing her movement difficult, but this will all improve as she gets older.

Minor Puppy Bitch (3,2A)

1 Kaytoni Who's That Girl

In my breed I would never think about going down to puppy let alone MP for Best bitch, but this young lady of just 6 months completely took my breath away, I just loved everything about her, such a pretty well constructed bitch of correct proportions loved her feminine head everything correct about it for me strong neck good front tight feet, positive movement lovely rich colour coat in good condition and for me today was her day. Delighted to make her BB and to go onto Best Opposite Sex. It was only her immaturity that stopped her getting RBinS.

Puppy Bitch (2)

1 Marilouvale Blank Cheque

10mths old young lady of nice breed type, liked her correct balanced head good neck into correct shoulders, straight front balanced body of good proportions, won this class on her more settled movement.

2 Amivike's Thunder Cloud

Another girl who looked very nice in profile, not as strong in head as one but it is all to come. For me she carried a little to much breast bone, so loosing the straight H in front, which at the moment is slightly weak. Balanced well grown on body, movement could be erratic.

Junior Bitch (0)

Yearling Bitch (0)

Post Graduate Bitch (1)

1 Jarshimar Myer Watashi

Bigger girl than some but within the height range, liked her correctly balanced head, carried well on a strong neck, good in front, balanced body moved well. Needs time to mature.

Limit Bitch (3)

1 Marilouvale Dolly Parton

I see she is litter sister to my Res best dog, she is well constructed, good in head everything correct, strong in neck and correct in front, balanced body of good proportions moved out well. Pleased to award her Res Best bitch, nice double for you.

2 Amivike's Dezigned for Jarshimar

Nicely put together black and tan bitch with clear markings. Liked much about her pretty correct head lovely expression the darkest of eyes, neck could have been a little stronger so she is a little untidy in front, well balanced body and good rear drive which was not always able to follow through.

3 Amivike's Cos I Am Special Too

Open Bitch (6,4A)

1 Ir Ch Lacsar The Real Thing (IKC)

Very nice bitch extremely well constructed, pretty correct feminine head strong neck good in front well balanced body correctly made strong rear end moved well.

2 Marilouvales Queen of Hearts

Well grown on and constructed bitch of 9 years old who was enjoying her time in the ring, again had a very feminine correct head and a good front well balanced body and she moved out well, but not with the flair of one who is several years younger, losing her jacket.

Veteran Bitch (4,1A)

What lovely oldies to have the pleasure of going over, they all had some lovely virtues.

1 Amivike's with A Touch of Ink

Oh how I love the sesame colour and how I loved this incredible girl of 13 years of age who never stopped showing her socks off, she still has a correct pretty feminine head everything correct strong neck good front and well balanced body oh boy did she make her handler move out, loved her.

2 Ch/Ir Ch Lacsar Hershey Goes Again (IKC)

Another very nicely constructed bitch, strong in head with good expression neck correct and still good in front, she moved steadily and well but without the zing of 1.

3 Marilouvales Queen Elsa VW

Special Beginners Bitch (1)

1 Tinaka Du Bois De Conpeigne at Marilouvale (Imp Fra)

What a great job this young lady did when showing this bitch, who was not the easiest to show, she was so kind and patient with her, well done.

She is a pretty feminine bitch with not the strongest head but she has enough, good neck and front, well put together, once they got things completely together she moved with a true stride, losing her jacket at the moment. But well deserved this 1st rosette.

  1. Amivike's Thunder Cloud

Very pretty 8-month-old red female, who has a lovely triangular-shaped head with a flat skull, forward-pointed, thickly padded ears, correct eye shape and well-developed cheeks. She has a scissor bite. Her front legs are straight with good heart room, and she is developing a deep chest. Her medium-length neck leads to a level topline, held on the move, and she has a pleasing tail set. Her undercoat is thick and soft, and her top coat has harsher guard hairs. Her movement is quick and energetic.

  2. Marilouvale Blank Cheque

9 and a half months Black/Tan female. Her head has all of the correct angles with correct eye shape and set, ear shape and set. She has a strong neck, leading to a level topline which was held on the move. She has good coat texture, good tail set, correct forequarters and sound movement. I just preferred head of 1.

My first thought on seeing this 7-and-a-half-year-old red sesame male was how well balanced he is. He has a beautiful, masculine head with correct eye shape and set and thickly padded, well-set ears. His muzzle is straight with good depth. He has the correct scissor bite. His strong, slightly arched neck leads to a level topline, which was kept on the move. He has a flat croup with correct tail set. His coat is dense with a harsher topcoat. His forelegs are straight, and there is good heart room between. His hind legs are strong with a moderate turn of stifle. His movement is effortless, light, quick and energetic with good propulsion and drive.
